Azimut is the Italian yard from Avigliana, near Turin, and the sister company of Benetti. We list more Azimuts than any other Italian motor yacht, from 60 foot flybridge yachts to the Grande flagships of 100 feet and more.
At the standard we recommend, a crewed Azimut costs about €86,000 to €93,500 a week in high season in Greece and Croatia, mostly an Azimut Grande of 80 to 90 feet, and about $90,000 in the Bahamas. A Grande of 100 to 125 feet runs about €137,500 to €145,000.
We charter Azimuts in Greece, Croatia, Italy, the Bahamas and the BVI, and our guide for each destination is linked below.
What is Azimut known for?
- Choice: Flybridge, S sport and Magellano long-range yachts, and the Grande flagships most crewed charters use.
- Light: large hull windows, often even in the cabins, give an Azimut a bright interior.
- Italian build: designed and built in Italy, as part of the Azimut-Benetti Group.
- Value: a recent Grande gives a lot of modern yacht for the money at 80 to 90 feet.

High-season weekly rates of the Azimuts of 60 feet and up, built 2000 or later, in our charter system, October 2026. Mediterranean yachts are priced in euros and American yachts in dollars.
The APA for running costs, usually 30 to 40% on a motor yacht, plus local VAT or charter tax and the crew gratuity, come on top.
The smaller Azimuts cost less but carry two or three crew and fewer cabins. For a fully crewed week we recommend an Azimut Grande of about 80 feet and up.
How does Azimut compare with Ferretti and Princess?
The yards we are asked to compare most, side by side:
- Azimut: Italian, bright and modern, with the widest choice of Italian motor yachts we list.
- Ferretti: the other big Italian flybridge yard, similar in size and price. See our Ferretti yacht charter page.
- Princess: the British flybridge alternative, usually a little less a week at the same length. See our Princess yacht charter page.
All three build flybridge yachts of similar sizes, so the yacht and crew matter more than the badge. For a larger yacht from the same group, see our Benetti yacht charter page.
