Mangusta was founded in 1985 by the Balducci family, with roots going back to the 1950s, and the family still runs it in its third generation. The yard started with sporty composite yachts and has since added steel and aluminium lines built for long-range cruising. Its ranges include the Maxi Open, the GranSport and the Oceano, built at sites in Tuscany near Massa, Viareggio and Pisa, and its history page counts more than 300 yachts delivered.
This page counts down the 10 biggest Mangustas we list, then shows 2 more below. The countdown runs from #10, the smallest of the ten, up to #1, the biggest, ranked by the length on each yacht’s listing; where two are the same length, the newer build ranks higher. Every length, guest count and rate below comes from the yacht’s current listing, and every rate is the weekly charter fee before running expenses. For other yards, browse yacht charter by builder, or see our Mangusta and Mangusta (Overmarine) rate lists.
