Are food, drinks and fuel included?

On most crewed yachts, no. They come out of the APA, at cost, with receipts. That is the plus-expenses model and it is the norm in the Mediterranean.

A smaller number of yachts are all-inclusive, mostly in the Virgin Islands. Food, drinks, fuel within a normal cruising range and usually dockage are in the price. Premium wine and long passages are still extra, so read the inclusions line.
