Who is Nadja?

Nadja was born & raised in Namibia, Africa, where her upbringing in a family passionate about sailing and water sports laid the foundation for her deep connection to the sea. Her remarkable journey began at the age of 14 when she embarked on a circumnavigation of the globe with her family aboard a 46-foot catamaran, inevitably leading to a career in yachting.

For nearly 12 years, Nadja dedicated herself to serving as a crew member onboard superyachts ranging from 45m to 75m in the capacity of Interior Manager/Purser. Notably, in 2018, she was recognized as a finalist for the Chief Stewardess of the Year award, a testament to her exceptional skills and dedication.

As part of being the Interior Manager, Nadja played a pivotal role in the 4-year construction of a 75m superyacht, serving as an Interior Operational Consultant on behalf of the yacht owner.

Now, transitioning from life at sea, Nadja brings her high level of expertise and sensitivity to detail required by high-level clients ashore to the DMA Yachting Team as a Charter Broker and continues to facilitate unforgettable vacations on the yacht of your choice.

I had the pleasure of visiting Miss Stephanie and her crew at the Bahamas Yacht Show in January 2025, and I can confidently say—I 100% recommend it!

Chief Stewardess Winnie and the crew are fantastic. Their enthusiasm, energy, and friendly spirit create an unforgettable guest experience. They work incredibly hard to meet every need with care and efficiency.

The yacht is warm and welcoming, offering comfort and a homely atmosphere. Built in 2004 and refitted in 2018, she is in excellent condition—well-maintained and beautifully presented. Plus, she boasts an impressive selection of water toys and inflatables, adding even more fun and adventure to the experience. Not to mention, Miss Stephanie is one of the few yachts that features six bathtubs, offering an extra touch of luxury and relaxation.
