Most people do not. A crewed charter spends most of the day at anchor in sheltered bays, with two or three hours of moving between them. Catamarans barely rock. Larger motor yachts have stabilizers.
If you know you are sensitive, tell us. We can choose a catamaran, a calm-water route, and short hops, and the captain can plan around the wind. Tablets taken the night before the first passage work for almost everyone.
