When should we book flights?

After the charter agreement is signed, not before. Until then the yacht is not confirmed and dates can shift by a day at the owner’s end.

Plan to arrive the day before boarding. A delayed flight into a charter that starts at noon costs you a day on the water and nobody can give it back.
