What is the preference sheet?

A questionnaire you fill in after booking, covering food, drink, allergies, how you like your mornings and which water toys matter. It is the crew’s only briefing on you before you step aboard.

The more specific it is, the better the week. A chef who knows you are vegetarian and hate coriander plans a different menu from one who knows nothing.
