What if the weather turns?

The captain decides where the yacht goes, and safety comes first. Bad weather means a change of route or a day in a sheltered bay, not a cancelled charter. Refunds for weather are not part of the standard contract.

In hurricane regions the agreement has specific clauses for named storms. We explain those before you sign, and we recommend cancellation insurance for any Caribbean charter in the autumn.
