It depends on the country, not the yacht. Greece and Croatia require a licence for the driver and check for it. Turkey, the Bahamas and the US Virgin Islands let guests ride without one. The British Virgin Islands ban jet skis for charter guests altogether. Italy, France and Spain have rules of their own that we confirm per booking.
Send us any licence you hold and we will tell you what it is worth where you are going. The captain always has the final say on the water.
