No. The 12-guest limit counts every person who sleeps aboard, including infants. It is a licensing and safety rule, not a matter of bed space, and captains cannot bend it.
Some yachts have extra berths for kids within the 12, so a family of 13 needs a second boat or a larger licensed yacht. Tell us the exact headcount, ages included, and we will only show boats that fit.
