User Data Deletion

DMA Yachting users and customers may request deletion of personal data associated with DMA Yachting websites, forms, chats, Facebook, Instagram, advertising, or related customer communication systems.

How To Request Deletion

Email charter@dmayachting.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include enough information for us to identify the data you want deleted, such as the email address, phone number, or social media account used when contacting DMA Yachting.

Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Processing

After verification, DMA Yachting will review and process the request according to applicable law and business record requirements. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
