Who is Leo?
Leonidas’ journey into yachting began in 2014 and quickly turned from a passion into a full-time pursuit. Over the years, he’s explored the industry from every angle as a captain on sailing trips, a yacht owner learning the ropes of management, a broker navigating high-pressure negotiations, and even as a guest experiencing life at sea.
Born and raised in Greece, with a deep love for the Mediterranean and its cruising grounds, Leonidas blends local knowledge with global perspective. He holds an MBA in business and marketing, and brings strategic thinking, calm professionalism, and sharp attention to detail to every client interaction.
Since joining DMA Yachting in 2025, Leonidas has focused on delivering tailor-made, seamless charter experiences for a diverse international clientele. Whether it’s finding the right yacht or crafting the perfect itinerary, he’s all about turning great plans into unforgettable journeys.
