Captain George holds a Class A Captain’s Diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, along with certifications including a seaman’s book, Ro-Ro passenger certificate, and a speedboat license. He began his maritime career in 2003 aboard Ro-Ro passenger ships and transitioned into the yachting sector in 2016. With a strong work ethic, a passion for the sea, and a personable demeanor, Captain George has steadily advanced to his current role at the helm of our yacht. With over 15 years of hands-on experience working on motor vessels and tankers, he has built a strong foundation in marine engineering. Now bringing his skills to the world of luxury yachting, George is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the yacht operates efficiently and seamlessly. Chef Giannis holds a Culinary Diploma from the Le Monde Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies, along with a Hospitality Diploma. He began his professional career as a Sous Chef in 2014 and has since gained extensive experience in renowned restaurants and luxury hotels across Greece. He specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, with particular expertise in seafood and sushi, and continuously refines his skills through advanced training. His professional development includes courses at FERRANDI Paris (École Française de Gastronomie), certification as a Sushi Master, Pasta Fresca specialization, Liquid Tension Gastronomy training, and WSET Level 1 in Wines, enhancing his ability to pair flavors with precision and creativity. With a strong passion for innovation and refined presentation, Chef Giannis is committed to delivering elevated, tailor-made dining experiences that exceed guests’ expectations on board.
