Yacht Description

SALTY yacht is a 78.00 ft long motor yacht monohull and spends the summer season in Greece and winter season in Greece. It was built by Alalunga in 2006. A refit was done in 2023-2024: NEW stabilization system for navigation and anchoring (stabilizing system, vector fins from SLEIPNER Norway), replacement of old flaps with new technology interceptors, new underwater LED lights, brand-new Seadoo Jet Ski, new 50hp tender engine, construction of bunk beds in two cabins, new curtains in the living room, new upholstery, new fabrics in the living room, new bed linen and towels in all cabins, new carpets in all interior spaces, new cushions on foredeck (exterior), new teak deck, general painting of the stern, overall polishing of the vessel, complete reconstruction of the PINCRAFT hydraulic gangway, complete reconstruction of the hydraulic bathing ladder on the platform, adjustment of all portholes (complete sealing with new rubber), adjustment of all rails and holders (bases) on the main deck and flybridge, polishing, smoothing, repositioning with new flanges, repair and reinforcement of the crane base on the flybridge, construction of new polyester nerves (stringers) on the entirety of the aft roof, and more.. The yacht layout features 4 cabins and accommodates 10 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 1 double cabin, 2 twin cabins, 2 pullman cabins.

The motor yacht features Weekly Charters: 10 Passengers + 4 Crew We also offer DAILY, 1/2 DAY & MULTI-DAY Charters See "Additional Rate Details" for more Information and Rates applicable engines and a generator.

All prices are generated by a calculator and serve as a guide for new charterers. Any additional information of the Price Details section has priority over above. Availability is always subject to confirmation. Gratuity not included for it's discretionary character, usually 5%-25% of the Base Price.

*40% APA to be added to all Weekly Charters Above (40% of Charter Hire net of VAT). The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is designed to cover the operating expenses of a charter such as, fuel (for the yacht, her tenders and motorized water toys), food, drinks, land services, electronic communications, canal fees, harbor dues, local taxes and marina fees outside Greek waters, or private marinas.

* APA is prepaid by the client to the Yacht representative prior to the start of the charter. The yacht will be fully fueled and provisioned when the clients step on board. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit balance at the end of the charter will be reimbursed to the client in full. Should the refund be done via bank transfer any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount.

* Explanation of the VAT of 24 % for weekly charters

VAT 24% full Greek charter rate – Applies to charters that take place in Greek waters without exiting to non-EU or International waters (Staying within the 6 nautical miles limit for the Argo Saronic and 12% for Cycladic waters ). VAT 24% - With a deduction option for time spent outside of EU waters or in international waters. This will take into consideration all chartered days in an accounting year. Concerning Mykonos Discounted at 50% (VAT 12%), this will be for yachts that spend a minimum of 60% of charter time / days outside of territorial waters. (Territorial waters are considered: 12 nautical miles from the mainland and 12 nautical miles from the territorial waters of an island. Any destination from Mykonos Island to nearby Cycladic islands is not considered as cruising within international waters according to the Greek law as the distances required are not met due to the configuration and position of each island during a cruise to our final destination within the Cyclades.

Should the Charter fail to fulfill the conditions for VAT discount application or should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of the charter agreement, that result in change of final charter VAT and hence of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. VAT legislation and the resulting VAT rates and conditions applicable are subject to change without prior notice, at no responsibility of the Broker, Stakeholder or Owner.

As stipulated by Greek Law, Value Added Tax is collected by the Owner at the expense of the Charterer. The Charterer shall at all times be liable to pay for the VAT amount applicable by Law at the time the charter is executed.
