He started off working in a Portuguese restaurant in Johannesburg, South Africa and then went on to study culinary arts at the Cordon Bleu French Cookery School. Nick worked in a 5-star hotel in Johannesburg where he was fortunate to cook for Nelson Mandela’s Birthday. Nick left South Africa to take his passions abroad where he worked at a luxury ski chalet in Switzerland followed by a luxury Italian cookery school in Tuscany.
