Description: Antonela was born 1991 in Croatia and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance. With plenty of charter experience since entering the yachting industry in 2017, she has developed a strong reputation as a dedicated and professional yacht stewardess.

Throughout her career Antonela has worked on board various sailing and powered crewed catamarans, consistently delivering attentive service and maintaining high onboard standards. Before joining M/Y PARADISE in 2026, she served as stewardess on board a Sunreef 60 luxury crewed catamaran, where she was known for anticipating guest needs and ensuring every charter experience ran smoothly.

Antonela brings a positive attitude, excellent organization skills, and great attention to detail to every charter. She enjoys menu planning and preparing fresh, healthy meals, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests from different cultures and backgrounds.

In her free time Antonela enjoys running, hiking, pottery, and healthy Mediterranean cooking. She especially loves spending time with her nieces and nephews and values family moments.

Antonela speaks Croatian (native), English (fluent), and Spanish (basic).

Description: Marin was born in 1990 on the picturesque Dalmatian island of Šolta, where life has always revolved around the sea. From early childhood, he developed a deep connection to the water, a passion that naturally guided him toward a professional maritime path. He graduated as an engineer of maritime traffic from the University of Split and began his career as a skipper in 2014, turning his love for sailing into a full-time profession.

After gaining valuable experience aboard ocean-going livestock carriers, Marin returned to the Adriatic, where his true passion lies. Over the years, he has successfully skippered a wide range of sailing yachts and catamarans throughout Croatia, Italy, Montenegro, and Greece, while also crewing aboard luxury motor yachts, including Azimut models. His strong charter record speaks for itself, with many guests returning year after year and following him to his yacht positions.

Marin knows the Adriatic coastline intimately and combines extensive charter experience with impeccable seamanship. Calm, confident, and highly attentive, he excels in guest communication and understands how to tailor each itinerary to match individual preferences. His warm personality and accommodating nature ensure that every detail is handled with care, creating relaxed and memorable holidays on board.

Marin joined M/Y PARADISE in 2025 as captain. When he is not on charter, you will find him fishing, sailing, playing football, traveling, cooking, or working on his family farm, always staying connected to the sea and the island that shaped him.
