Yacht Description

“A 149.3ft Astondoa from 2008.”

PANAKEIA yacht is a 149.3 ft long motor yacht monohull and spends the summer in French Riviera & Monaco, Provence Coast & Marseille, Corsica, Italy - North (mainland), Italy - Sardinia, winters in Gulf of Thailand, Andaman Sea, South-East Asia. It was built by Astondoa in 2008. A refit was done in 2025. The yacht layout features 5 cabins and accommodates 11 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 2 king cabins, 2 queen cabins, 4 double cabins, 1 twin cabin, 1 pullman cabin.

There are yachts that impress with their specifications, and there are yachts that simply make you feel at home from the moment you step on board. PANAKEIA belongs firmly to the latter.

Fresh from an extensive refit, this 45.5 metre Astondoa has been thoughtfully designed around one simple idea: effortless enjoyment. Every space invites guests to slow down, settle in, and embrace the rhythm of life at sea, whether cruising along the Côte d’Azur or discovering the hidden anchorages of Corsica and Sardinia.

Mornings begin with coffee on deck as the coastline slowly comes to life. By midday, the sundeck has transformed into the yacht’s social hub, where the Jacuzzi, bar and generous sunpads become the backdrop for long lunches, laughter and uninterrupted views. As the sun begins to set, the atmosphere shifts effortlessly from relaxed afternoons to elegant evenings, with cocktails served as the horizon turns shades of gold and crimson.

Life on board naturally revolves around the sea. The beach club offers an inviting escape just above the waterline, where guests can spend hours swimming, launching the impressive collection of water toys, or simply enjoying the luxury of doing very little at all. Whether it’s the thrill of an eFoil, an afternoon on the Jet Ski, or children making endless memories on the inflatable playground, every day unfolds differently.

Inside, Cristiano Gatto’s elegant interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where contemporary styling is softened by natural light and generous proportions. With exceptional volume for a yacht of her size, PANAKEIA never feels crowded, offering a choice of inviting spaces for gathering together or retreating in complete privacy. The main saloon flows effortlessly between lounge, dining and bar, while the unique circular dining room provides an unforgettable setting where every meal is accompanied by panoramic sea views.

As the day draws to a close, five beautifully appointed cabins provide a peaceful sanctuary. The full-beam master suite is particularly impressive, offering the comfort of a private apartment with its own office, dressing area and luxurious en suite, while each guest cabin has been finished with the same attention to detail and understated elegance.

Yet what guests often remember most isn’t the design or the amenities, it’s the people. PANAKEIA’s experienced crew have earned a reputation for delivering service that feels genuine rather than formal. Warm, intuitive and always one step ahead, they create an atmosphere where every guest feels completely at ease, transforming a luxury holiday into something deeply personal.

From seamless days spent between secluded bays and lively beach clubs to evenings shared over beautifully prepared dinners beneath the stars, every moment on board PANAKEIA feels unhurried, relaxed and thoughtfully curated.

She is, quite simply, the kind of yacht guests don’t just enjoy, they look forward to returning to.
