William is a British-French deckhand and skipper with experience aboard private and charter yachts in the Mediterranean. From 2024 to 2026, he worked aboard Smooth Operator as deckhand and alternating chase boat captain, handling owner trip preparations, assisting the engineer, operating hydraulic equipment and carrying out general deck duties and shipyard maintenance.
His previous experience aboard Zatara and Provenance includes yacht maintenance, tender driving, guest assistance, line handling and navigation support. Hardworking, adaptable and proactive, William brings a hands-on approach, strong teamwork skills and a calm attitude under pressure.
