Description: Captain George is a highly experienced and versatile yacht captain with a strong background in luxury charter operations across Greece. Born in 1989 and based in Athens, he is currently at the helm of M/Y MAMMA’S, where he oversees all aspects of charter planning, crew management, and vessel operations. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Preveza, George holds a Master 500GT license along with advanced STCW certifications, ECDIS, GMDSS, and Ship Security Officer qualifications. His career includes command roles on a wide range of motor yachts and experience as Chief Mate on a 128ft superyacht, as well as service in the Hellenic Navy. Fluent in Greek and English, he is known for his calm leadership, excellent boat-handling skills, and guest-focused approach. With extensive knowledge of Greek cruising grounds, Captain George excels at tailoring itineraries, managing onboard experiences, and ensuring safe, seamless, and memorable charters.
