Description: Henrico is from a small town in Gordon’s Bay close to Cape Town in South Africa. He studied culinary arts in South Africa in 2010. Shortly after, he started working at the French fine dining restaurant Waterkloof and Vineyard which continues to influence his cuisine today. He traveled to the US and began working as an executive chef for the past decade, taking his love for traveling and cooking to an exceptional level. Influenced from cuisine and cultures of cooking from around the
