Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Job Description Responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, provisioning, meal preparation, dietary requirement management, galley hygiene, and stock control. Marina delivers high-quality cuisine for both guests and crew while maintaining excellent organisation and efficiency in the galley.
