Growing up in the Chesapeake Bay area, Tim has been privileged to spend most of his time on a variety of boats, both motor and sailing. Tim is a fan of traveling and exploring the world around him in search of local adventures. Tim’s appetite for adventure and people has brought him to the Virgin Islands. His experience on racing yachts, enhanced his passion for crewing and sailing and encouraged him to pursue advanced certifications to expand his capabilities. In addition to sailing, Tim has other interests including snowboarding and restoring old houses. He is also known for taking home awards from BBQ competitions! He lives by the motto “It’s all about the experience” and looks forward to sharing and guiding guests to experience the beauty and adventure of the islands. His calm demeanor, attention to safety, and dedication to his guests’ time in the islands will ensure the best experience for everyone aboard.
<b>Chef Zara Browne</b>
Zara was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Long Island at a young age where she found her love of the water. She spent her weekends sailing with her Dad and exploring the North Fork of Long Island. When she wasn’t enjoying the outdoors she spent her down time at her family’s restaurant in Hoboken, NJ where her love of fresh quality food began.
Her professional background has always been in the restaurant industry and hospitality. She has over 15 years of bartending experience and another 5 years in luxury concierge services working closely with high profile NYC restaurants, planning extravagant events, and running private spas and gyms.
When Zara felt she wanted a change of pace she decided what better way to bring her love of hospitality and the water together than joining the yachting industry. She has been lucky enough to work under multiple yacht chefs where she has been able to add a new layer of knowledge to her personal culinary experience.
Zara has always had a passion for bringing a memorable experience to her guests and looks forward to helping form unforgettable memories through food, cocktails, and the ambiance of the islands.

It was absolutely great, the crew in particular was fantastic - exactly our thing! The boat was just right. We could have easily stayed 2-4 days longer and would have preferred to skip our hotel vacation that follows.

Than you for allowing us to be your first Ladies Only Boat! When you can keep eight ladies happy for five nights you are obviously special people. Every meal was better than the next time and we knew it was gonna be a fun time and we walked onto the boat to a bottle of Veuve! Not only did you never judge us but you always helped us take whatever idea we had (neon parties, Pirate night) to the next level. You made the birthday girl feel so special while also catering the trip of a lifetime for everyone on board. We will think of you every time we have hood rat ratchet hour! It was amazing!! Tim and Zara are the most gracious hosts! We had so much fun with them! The boat was beautiful! You could tell they took pride in their work! Zara is an amazing cook- Tim made a few yummy things as well! Tim had great knowledge of local things. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing time! From the moment we stepped on board we felt completely at home. You both are so warm and gracious. Your attention to detail is outstanding. Our every want and need was anticipated.
We will never forget all the different sites, activities and excursions you planned for us. We would have a difficult time picking a favorite. Each day was better than the last and the meals were so delicious that many nights we chose to eat on board rather than venture out. When we did go dine on land your recommendations were just right!
We hope to see you back in the states- you are welcome at our home anytime!

Thank you for making my last break for a while so magical! Thank you for the rare opportunities (like water skiing and knee boarding) that even if we drove you crazy you still let us keep trying until we got it. The food was absolutely incredible along with the visual. You guys are so amazing and I will miss you both endlessly. Zara, thank you for letting me cook with you and showing me the behind the scenes in the kitchen. Tim, thank you for putting up with my stubbornness when I was attempting to waterski and then hyping me up when I went knee boarding. I would also like to thank you guys for teaching me how to sail, maneuver a boat as well as how to tie them off. I couldn’t ask for a better crew to spend my vacation with! I wish you the best and I hope to see you guys again some day!
