Chef Christoforos Mentis is a Greek Head Chef with over 37 years of experience in luxury yachts, fine dining restaurants, hotels, and cruise ships. Specialising in Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine, he has extensive charter yacht experience, including 15 years with Golden Yachts aboard prestigious vessels ranging from 40m to 85m. His previous yacht positions include Head Chef on M/Y Gladius, M/S Axia, M/Y Aquila, M/Y Liva, M/Y Grace, and M/Y Pan’Orama. Trained at De L’Art Culinaire in Athens, Christoforos has further developed his skills through seminars in pastry, sommelier studies, food styling, and molecular gastronomy. He is known for his versatility, professionalism, and ability to create refined dining experiences tailored to guests’ preferences.

Sotiris is an experienced Chief Steward with over 30 years in luxury yachting and cruise hospitality, currently serving onboard M/Y Endless Summer. He brings extensive expertise in interior management, guest service, and team leadership across both private and commercial operations. He has held senior positions including Interior Manager on M/Y Mia Rama, M/Y O’Rama, and M/Y Zaliv II, where he was responsible for the full hotel and interior departments. His yacht experience also includes Chief Steward roles on M/Y Bolaro and senior interior positions on vessels such as Al Diriyah and Jameel, working with high-profile owners and guests. Sotiris began his maritime hospitality career in the cruise industry, progressing through roles from dining room service to Assistant Chief Housekeeper with Celebrity Cruises on vessels including Galaxy and Summit. This background provided a strong foundation in large-scale guest operations and service standards. He holds diplomas in Hotel and Restaurant Operations as well as certified training in life saving and firefighting. He speaks Greek and English fluently, with working knowledge of Spanish. Known for his calm leadership, consistency, and attention to detail, Sotiris ensures smooth interior operations and a high standard of guest service onboard. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and sports.

Anna is the 2nd Stewardess onboard M/Y Endless Summer and brings a strong hospitality mindset, professionalism, and attention to detail to the interior team. With previous yacht experience as 2nd/3rd Stewardess onboard M/Y Natalia V, she has developed solid skills in guest service, housekeeping, laundry, table presentation, provisioning, and maintaining immaculate interior standards. She is experienced in supporting daily interior operations while ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout their time onboard. Her calm and proactive approach allows her to adapt easily to the fast-paced demands of yacht service, always maintaining a high standard of organisation and presentation. Alongside her maritime experience, Anna has a background in customer service, which further strengthens her communication skills and guest-focused attitude. She is currently continuing her academic studies in both Maritime Studies and Agricultural Development, reflecting her strong motivation, discipline, and eagerness to grow professionally. Known for her positive energy and reliability, Anna contributes to creating a warm onboard environment while ensuring every detail is carefully managed.

Nadiya, the 3rd Stewardess onboard M/Y Endless Summer, originates from Ukraine and embodies a wealth of customer service experience. Recognized as a strong team player, she possesses exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. With a naturally positive disposition, Nadiya proves to be a valuable asset to the team, consistently contributing to a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Fragiskos, a deckhand onboard M/Y Endless Summer, brings several years of practical yachting experience across both private and commercial vessels. Since beginning his maritime career in 2015, he has worked onboard a range of motor yachts from 18 to 43 metres, gaining solid experience in exterior maintenance, mooring operations, tender handling, watersports assistance, and overall deck duties. He has served onboard notable yachts including Boji (43m), Option B (40m), and Tyndareo (43m), as well as onboard the passenger vessel Blue Star Patmos, where he further developed his seamanship skills in a demanding professional environment. He holds a Bosun Licence, Ship Security Officer certification, Seaman’s Book, boating licence, and firefighting training, combining technical competence with a strong safety awareness onboard. Having also completed military service in the Greek Special Forces, he brings discipline, reliability, and calm decision-making under pressure. A strong team player with a positive attitude, he enjoys working in fast-paced environments and takes pride in maintaining high standards onboard while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their time at sea.

Vaggelis is a motivated and energetic deckhand onboard M/Y Endless Summer, bringing hands-on experience from both private and charter motor yachts. Having worked onboard M/Y dFive (30m) and more recently M/Y Blue Symphonie (38m), he has developed solid practical skills in exterior maintenance, mooring operations, tender assistance, deck preparation, and supporting daily onboard operations. He holds a speed boat licence and combines strong physical endurance with a natural familiarity with the sea, making him well suited to the demands of yacht operations. Known for his calm approach, consistency, and team spirit, Vaggelis works efficiently in fast-paced environments and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere onboard. With a practical mindset and strong interpersonal skills, he enjoys working closely with both crew and guests, always maintaining a helpful attitude and high standards of presentation. His enthusiasm for watersports and outdoor activities further complements guest experiences during charter.
