Panos was born in Mesologgi in 1968. He started sailing as a member of the Sailing Club of Patras. He has participated in various sailing races and has achieved many awards in national championships, among which are the Ionian and the Aegean Rally. At the age of 25, he had his own sailing boat which he fully refitted himself. Now he is a professional skipper with lots of experience, and most importantly, he has a lot of love for the sea, creating a very promising combination, which guarantees great services and unforgettable holidays. He has been working with us for over 20 years and his abilities made him one of the best and most trustworthy skippers in our company. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and all sea-related activities.

Christina started back in 2018 when she had her first sailing trip as a client. She quickly understood that this kind of working life was perfect for her. Working as a hostess on sailing boats offers the perfect match because of her love of the sea as well as giving care to others. She is a passionate and enthusiastic person and her duties include:
• welcoming guests
• preparing and serving breakfast and lunch
• making refreshing drinks and snacks
• keeping the yacht functional and
• helping the skipper when is needed
Overall she can also offer exercise breaks for who is interested, due to her
professional experience in sports

We wanted to write this review message of our charter on Blue Velvet on July 6th. The crew were Captain Panos, hostess Christina and chef Konstantina.

We were 9 people, all have had extensive boating and yachting experience on many similar boats.

- Hospitality: the team were fantastic, we felt welcomed and cared for every minute of our trip. The hostess Christina was there for us every step of the way to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable.
- Food: It was perfect! And furthermore, the chef took special care to accommodate our eating habits and special diets which were not easy.
- Navigation: Captain Panos is a true captain and knows his boat and area inside and out. It was very comforting for us to know that we were in good hands on the boat. He took the time to understand our preferences and made sure to suggest the finest places along the way.
- Cleanliness: The rooms were kept nicely clean at all times. So was the deck of the boat.
- Overall: The crew took amazing care of us. We are very thankful and can’t wait to be back on the Blue Velvet with this crew. They never hesitated to help or turned down a suggestion. It was great to be with them and feel so welcomed.
