From running sailing flotillas in Greece to offshore yacht racing including the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, Adrian’s experience is extensive.
He comes to Aura following more than a decade on the Gold Coast raising three children while working on super yachts and whale watching vessels.
When not on the water, Adrian is an avid mountain bike rider and owns a fleet of bikes worth more than his car.
From feeding sharks in an aquarium to submarines and facing off with a bear in the USA, Adrian comes with a story or two … don’t get him started unless you have the time …

Description: Originally born in the cold and windy lands of New Zealand, I relocated to Australia chasing the beach and a better lifestyle. From there, I began a lifelong love affair with the ocean. Having grown up on the Sunshine Coast, I was fortunate to live only minutes from the beach, and I spent most of my time surfing in the water. Fast forward a couple of years, and I got an opportunity to start a marine mechanical apprenticeship. Four years later, after becoming qualified, I wanted to experience a different side of the marine industry! Leading me to Airlie Beach to dive into the world of yachting.
