With nearly 24 years of experience at sea, Christos is known for his professionalism, strong leadership, and hands-on approach. His attention to detail ensures smooth operations and a safe, enjoyable experience for guests.

Stratos has been working in the culinary and yachting industry since 1992. A graduate of Le Monde Chef Training School in Greece, he brings exceptional skill and creativity to Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian cuisines. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and discovering new culinary inspirations.
