Hi, I’m Carina! I’m a yacht charter broker based in Ibiza, and my goal is simple: to help you plan the kind of yacht experience you’ll remember forever. Before stepping into brokerage, I spent 5 years working onboard luxury yachts, so I know firsthand what makes a charter feel truly special, from the guest perspective and behind the scenes. I’ve worked my way up from a stewardess on a sailing yacht to Chief Stewardess on a 47m motor yacht, and later Head of Housekeeping on an 87m, so I’ve seen all sides of the yachting world.

I genuinely loved my time onboard—working with great crews, creating incredible guest experiences, and falling in love with the sea. Now, I’m bringing all of that experience into charter planning, making sure everything flows effortlessly and feels tailored to you. Whether it’s your first time on a yacht or your tenth, I’ll be by your side every step of the way—answering questions, sharing ideas, and helping you find just the right boat, crew, and itinerary.
