Since 1996, he has successfully led kitchen operations aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 34m to 48m, as well as within prestigious high-end hotels, consistently delivering exceptional five-star dining experiences. Renowned for his expertise in International, Mediterranean, and Turkish fusion cuisine, Yusuf combines creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of refined gastronomy to exceed the expectations of the world’s most discerning clientele. His extensive experience includes operating as a sole chef for up to 10 guests and 12 crew, where he demonstrates outstanding versatility, organization, and calmness under pressure. Beyond culinary excellence, he possesses strong operational and logistical expertise, including provisioning, budgeting, inventory management, and the implementation of strict HACCP standards. As a former HR specialist, Annet brings strong leadership, crew training, communication, and administrative skills.
