Description: Dino Čagalj is a dedicated maritime professional who recently joined M/Y Quantum as a chase boat driver and deckhand. Although new to this yacht, Dino brings with him a wealth of experience and a lifelong passion for the sea. After graduating from the Secondary Technical School in Split, he began working on ships during the summer seasons and quickly realised that the maritime world was more than just a job—it was his true calling.
Over the past decade, Dino has logged approximately 200,000 nautical miles, working aboard yachts ranging from 10 to 100 meters throughout the Mediterranean. These early hands-on experiences inspired him to pursue formal training at the Sailing and Skipper Academy.
Dino holds a YMAS B (500BT) certificate, along with a wide range of advanced maritime qualifications, including firefighting, first aid, ECDIS, and leadership training. Known for his hardworking nature, outgoing personality, and meticulous attention to detail, he is committed to ensuring smooth onboard operations and delivering outstanding service to guests.
