Chef / Stewardess
Captain: Antonio Aguilera Luque
Captain Antonio was born and raised in a humble family with his parents and three brothers in a small fishing village of Andalusia, Southern Spain, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Since his childhood his passion was fishing, a hobby that he loved to share with his father. Since he was 9 years old and was passionate about the sea, he had the goal of sailing planet Earth captaining his own boat.
Antonio is a diving instructor with 40 years of experience, ocean captain, and professionally trained in shipbuilding with extensive skills in the mechanical and structural maintenance of sports boats. Also a CPR instructor. He has also written two books about nautical travel, as well as a documentary. Antonio also has a passion for cooking.
Antonio has sailed extensively around the world, over 300,000 nautical miles, and has fond memories of the waters of the Pacific Ocean and on the less populated islands. During his travels around the world he's had amazing experiences where the protagonists were whales, pirates and prisoners from the island of Coiba. He was fortunate to be the captain of an expedition sailing yacht for 4 years doing a scientific circumnavigation around the world, funded by public and private institutions.
We asked Antonio for three adjectives that his friends would use to describe him and he replied:
"Generous, correct and sincere". His motto in life is "live without fear".
Antonio loves to share with his guests the unique experience of sailing, diving and living on board a yacht. Guests can also taste samples of Antonio's favourite Mediterranean foods and sea delicacies.
His hobbies in his spare time include sailing, fishing, diving, cycling, walking and reading.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chef / Stewardess Pamela Castillo (she prefers to be called Pam) was born in a small cattle town in the south of Venezuela, along with her parents and brothers. Pam loved all forms of sports in her youth, participating in theater and dance festivals. She started sailing when she was a teenager, on the Venezuelan coast, taking advantage of the fact that she lived in a tropical climate that allowed her to enjoy the sea almost all year round.
She completed her university studies in a city very close to the sea, where she studied Journalism, and obtained a Master in advertising and public relations. After graduating as a journalist, she had to flee the country due to the political persecution of the regime. Pam then settled in Spain and found her passion for the sea increased so she decided to pursue nautical studies, and qualified as a Yacht Captain of pleasure boats, Professional pattern, STWC95 Basic Training courses, GMDSS restricted radio operator, and health training.
Over the years Pam has worked as an institutional journalist, carried out photographic reports, and performed the functions of babysitter, restaurant waitress, cook, stewardess, sailor and skipper.
Pam's favorite sailing destination is the Caribbean because she was born and raised in its turquoise waters.
Pam prefers an interactive charter, exchanging ideas with clients and making decisions together, especially sharing the culinary experiences with her guests and being able to cook meals to their taste.
We asked Pam what are three adjectives your friends would use to describe you?
She replied "Responsible, kind, educated." Her motto in life is "The important thing is not what you look at, but how you look at it."
In her spare time she loves to participate in Yoga, Pilates, dance, running, and sailing.
Pam is a person very committed to her work, and one of her main objectives is that the guests on board return home with a wonderful navigation and personal experience.

Since his childhood his passion was fishing, a hobby that he loved to share with his father. Since he was 9 years old and was passionate about the sea, he had the goal of sailing planet Earth captaining his own boat.<br /> <br /> Antonio is a diving instructor with 40 years of experience, ocean captain, and professionally trained in shipbuilding with extensive skills in the mechanical and structural maintenance of sports boats. Also a CPR instructor. He has also written two books about nautical travel, as well as a documentary. Antonio also has a passion for cooking.<br /> <br /> Antonio has sailed extensively around the world, over 300,000 nautical miles, and has fond memories of the waters of the Pacific Ocean and on the less populated islands. During his travels around the world he's had amazing experiences where the protagonists were whales, pirates and prisoners from the island of Coiba. He was fortunate to be the captain of an expedition sailing yacht for 4 years doing a scientific circumnavigation around the world, funded by public and private institutions.<br /> <br /> We asked Antonio for three adjectives that his friends would use to describe him and he replied:<br /> "Generous, correct and sincere". His motto in life is "live without fear".<br /> <br /> Antonio loves to share with his guests the unique experience of sailing, diving and living on board a yacht. Guests can also taste samples of Antonio's favourite Mediterranean foods and sea delicacies.<br /> <br /> His hobbies in his spare time include sailing, fishing, diving, cycling, walking and reading.<br /> <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br /> <br /> Chef / Stewardess Pamela Castillo (she prefers to be called Pam) was born in a small cattle town in the south of Venezuela, along with her parents and brothers. Pam loved all forms of sports in her youth, participating in theater and dance festivals. She started sailing when she was a teenager, on the Venezuelan coast, taking advantage of the fact that she lived in a tropical climate that allowed her to enjoy the sea almost all year round.<br /> <br /> She completed her university studies in a city very close to the sea, where she studied Journalism, and obtained a Master in advertising and public relations. After graduating as a journalist, she had to flee the country due to the political persecution of the regime. Pam then settled in Spain and found her passion for the sea increased so she decided to pursue nautical studies, and qualified as a Yacht Captain of pleasure boats, Professional pattern, STWC95 Basic Training courses, GMDSS restricted radio operator, and health training.<br /> <br /> Over the years Pam has worked as an institutional journalist, carried out photographic reports, and performed the functions of babysitter, restaurant waitress, cook, stewardess, sailor and skipper. <br /> <br /> Pam's favorite sailing destination is the Caribbean because she was born and raised in its turquoise waters. <br /> <br /> Pam prefers an interactive charter, exchanging ideas with clients and making decisions together, especially sharing the culinary experiences with her guests and being able to cook meals to their taste.<br /> <br /> We asked Pam what are three adjectives your friends would use to describe you?<br /> She replied "Responsible, kind, educated." Her motto in life is "The important thing is not what you look at, but how you look at it."<br /> <br /> In her spare time she loves to participate in Yoga, Pilates, dance, running, and sailing.<br /> <br /> Pam is a person very committed to her work, and one of her main objectives is that the guests on board return home with a wonderful navigation and personal experience.";s:14:"yachtCrewPhoto";s:82:"https://www.centralyachtagent.com/yachtadmin/yachtimg/yacht9712/9712brochure44.jpg";s:13:"yachtCrew1Pic";s:76:"https://www.centralyachtagent.com/yachtadmin/yachtlg/yacht9712/9712crew1.jpg";s:13:"yachtCrew2Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew3Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew4Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew5Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew6Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew7Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew8Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew9Pic";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew10Pic";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew1Name";s:12:"Pam Castillo";s:14:"yachtCrew2Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew3Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew4Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew5Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew6Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew7Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew8Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew9Name";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew10Name";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew1Title";s:17:"Chef / Stewardess";s:15:"yachtCrew2Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew3Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew4Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew5Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew6Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew7Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew8Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew9Title";s:0:"";s:16:"yachtCrew10Title";s:0:"";s:9:"yachtFlag";s:5:"SPAIN";s:13:"yachtHomePort";s:5:"Ibiza";s:14:"yachtWBasePort";s:9:"SXM / BVI";s:8:"yachtRig";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtGrossTons";s:0:"";s:12:"yachtAcNight";s:3:"Yes";s:16:"yachtAcSurCharge";s:2:"no";s:9:"yachtTubs";s:1:"0";s:20:"yachtLocationDetails";s:150:"Based in SXM for access to the Leeward islands and also BVI's for the Winter season 2024/5 Ibiza, Balearic Islands in Spain for Summer Season 2025";s:10:"yachtTerms";s:15:"Caribbean Terms";s:13:"yachtCaptOnly";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtSpecialCon";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtContracts";s:0:"";s:21:"yachtConsumptionUnits";s:9:"Litres/Hr";s:10:"yachtRange";s:5:"1440L";s:11:"yachtPermit";s:1:"1";s:12:"yachtLicense";s:1:"1";s:8:"yachtMca";s:1:"1";s:16:"yachtDeepSeaFish";s:2:"No";s:10:"yachtSatTv";s:2:"No";s:9:"yachtIpod";s:2:"No";s:10:"yachtVideo";s:2:"No";s:17:"yachtSailInstruct";s:2:"No";s:13:"yachtInternet";s:12:"Onboard WIFI";s:16:"yachtCaptainOnly";s:0:"";s:16:"yachtBrokerNotes";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtInsCompany";s:40:"Names Europe Agencia de Suscripcion S.L.";s:11:"yachtPolicy";s:12:"2024GLY50191";s:14:"yachtLiability";s:14:"1,200,000 euro";s:18:"yachtEffectiveDate";s:17:"28th October 2024";s:17:"yachtContractName";s:37:"Rumbo Norte Inversiones Nauticas S.L.";s:20:"yachtContractAddress";s:85:"Paseo de la Mar, Edificio Faro II, Locales 8-10,07820, San Antoni-de Portmany, Espana";s:18:"yachtCoverageAreas";s:19:"Spain and Caribbean";s:12:"yachtInsFlag";s:5:"Spain";s:16:"yachtInsHomeport";s:6:"Bilbao";s:11:"yachtRegNum";s:6:"494690";s:14:"yachtConPhone1";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtConPhone2";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtConPhone3";s:0:"";s:11:"yachtConFax";s:0:"";s:17:"yachtWaveConEmail";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtConOther";s:0:"";s:12:"yachtManager";s:21:"Nicholson Yachts - CA";s:16:"yachtManagerName";s:16:"Karen Kelly Shea";s:17:"yachtManagerPhone";s:14:"1-401-849-0344";s:16:"yachtManagerToll";s:0:"";s:17:"yachtManagerEmail";s:27:"newport@nicholsonyachts.com";}
