Mate Shaun Whistler– Mate Shaun is from Buffalo, New York and he also grew up sailing. He owns a sailboat and loves all things water. Shaun holds his 100-ton Captain’s license and enjoys taking guests fishing and snorkeling in the tender. Shaun works hard to ensure guests experience the best of the local areas and leave with treasured memories to last a lifetime.


Engineer- Morgan Nisbett- Morgan serves as the Engineer aboard M/Y Real Summertime. A native of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Morgan was immersed in the world of maritime engineering from an early age, working alongside his father on a variety of vessels of all shapes and sizes. His hands-on experience began at a young age, where he developed a deep understanding of vessel systems from the ground up. Over the past eleven years, Morgan has continued to build on this foundation, honing his skills on both charter and private yachts.

Morgan brings an infectious positivity and a determined, can-do attitude to every project he undertakes. His vast technical knowledge and engineering expertise ensure that M/Y Real Summertime operates smoothly, providing an exceptional and worry-free charter experience. Whether troubleshooting complex systems or maintaining day-to-day operations, Morgan is dedicated to keeping the vessel in peak condition, enhancing the overall journey for everyone on board.

Chief Stewardess- YELI LEON- VENEZUELAN
Born and raised in Venezuela, Yeli has 5 years of experience in the yachting industry. She is hardworking, enthusiastic, and organized. Whether she's orchestrating theme nights, bringing a 5-star experience to the table, or keeping the interior sparkly clean, Yeli approaches each charter with a smile on her face. When Yeli is not ensuring guests are having a grand time, she enjoys staying active reading her favorite books and listening to her favorite music.

Chef- NADIA BAOUR- FRENCH
With more than 20 years of experience, Nadia brings passion for culinary excellence and unforgettable dining experiences aboard REAL SUMMERTIME. Coming from reputable establishments with high-end reputations, she is motivated to bring those skills she learned to the open sea for her charter guests. Always eager to tailor menus to guest preferences, Nadia creates an experience as unforgettable as the destinations itself.

With a spirit for adventure and a passion for all things nautical, Lyndsey thrives both on deck and in the interior. Skilled in tender driving, deck maintenance, and water toy wrangling, she's just as adept at delivering five-star hospitality as she is at anchoring maneuvers. From hiking trails to the high seas, Lyndsey brings energy, precision, and a flair for making every charter unforgettable. When she's not keeping yachts shipshape, you’ll find her climbing, skiing, or rollerskating her way to the next thrill.
