Onboard visit
Onboard PERSEFONI I in Nafplion, a 54m luxury motor yacht for 12 guests in 6 cabins.
One of the big advantages of PERSEFONI I, to me, is the cabin sizing. The master is obviously big and has two fold-down balconies on either side, which gives amazing light and would be super nice for morning coffee. Even the three double cabins on the lower deck and the one twin are very spacious, and on most yachts these would easily pass as VIPs. In fact, two of the doubles are bigger than the bridge deck salon, which says a lot. You could almost argue that this is one master, four VIPs, and a twin. For multiple couples, that makes the split much easier and much fairer.
The social areas are really brilliant and spacious too. Starting with the bridge deck salon, I found it one of the coziest and most relaxing spots I have seen on a yacht. It just has that feel where you immediately want to sit down and stay there.
The sundeck also has everything you need and more. Two lounging areas with couches and big chairs, a dining table for all guests, a long bar with bar stools, and a big jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds. Very easy deck to use, and very easy to imagine full charter days up here.
The speakers are brilliant throughout the yacht, but especially on the sundeck. Up here, you could really pump them to the point where nobody is talking anymore.
Overall, I would say PERSEFONI I is a very strong yacht for groups with multiple couples who do not want the usual compromise on cabin quality. That, to me, is really the standout.
