INFINITY yacht is a 46.00 ft long sailboat catamaran and spends the summer season in Caribbean Leewards, Caribbean Windwards and winter season in Caribbean Leewards, Caribbean Windwards. It was built by Lagoon in 2023. The yacht layout features 3 cabins and accommodates 6 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 2 double cabins.

The sailboat features 18 x LiFoP0 48V/5.12KWh, 4 inverters 48V/6000W/12000W Two alternators (48 56V 150A) attached to the Yanmar engines that charge the batteries at 6 times the speed. + Solar. No noise when on Anchor! Infinity can be at anchor for 3 days without a diesel generator at full power load, everything is electronic. engines and a generator.

Rico's passion for sailing goes beyond the professional realm; it reflects his genuine connection to the ocean and the joy of sharing that experience with others. Growing up next to the water, Rico spent a lot of time on boats doing water sports where he gained vast knowledge in this area. This is where Rico found his love for being on the water and knew he would excel in this industry.

Meet Chef Eden Baker from beautiful South Africa, whose yachting journey embarked in 2020. With STCW95 and Food Health & Safety Level 2 certifications, she effortlessly transitioned from super yachts to sailing catamarans, delighting guests as the sole chef for the past 3 years. Eden's passion for safety and culinary excellence truly shines. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction ensure that each dining experience is not just special but truly extraordinary. In the galley, she crafts meals that are not only delicious and healthy but also visually stunning, adding a unique flair with local ingredients. Beyond her culinary expertise, Chef Eden brings warmth and charm on board, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Inspired by her South African roots, she infuses global flavors into her creations. With 3,5 years in the industry, Eden possesses a keen eye for detail, able to design menus around any dietary requirements or local ingredients available around the charter location.
