The sailboat features 2 x CUMMINS QSB 6,7 425HP 2 x ONAN 19kW 220V engines .

Born and raised by the sea, Konstantina has spent the majority of her life on board, cultivating a deep connection with maritime life. Her passion for sailing began at the age of seven when she started racing dinghy boats. This early immersion in the world of sailing ignited a lifelong love for the sea, which eventually guided her career path toward working on sailing yachts in her early adulthood.
It was during this time that Konstantina discovered her true culinary calling. Her natural creativity and curiosity in the kitchen blossomed as she embraced the unique challenges and inspirations that life at sea presented. Since then, she has dedicated herself to refining her culinary skills and broadening her gastronomic knowledge.
With years of experience as a yacht chef and a freelance culinary professional, Konstantina is driven by a singular goal: to create exceptional dining experiences that celebrate local ingredients and regional cuisine.
