Yacht Description
SHADES OF GREY yacht is a 78.00 ft long sailboat catamaran and spends the summer season in W. Med -Naples/Sicily, W. Med -Riviera/Cors/Sard., W. Med - Spain/Balearics and winter season in Caribbean Leewards, Caribbean Windwards. It was built by Sunreef Yachts in 2024. The yacht layout features 4 cabins and accommodates 9 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 2 queen cabins, 1 twin cabin, 1 pullman cabin.
The sailboat features ENGINES: 2 x 280hp John Deere / GENERATORS: 2 x 28kW 50Hz Kohler parallel working Generators, with Night-Mode Lithium Battery upgrade to 84kWh engines and a generator.
Accommodation
1x Master Cabin with king size bed (180cmx200cm), with sofa, vanity table, walk-in wardrobe and comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet.
1x Double Cabin with queen size bed (160cmx200cm), shower and toilet.
Portside:
1x VIP Cabin with queen size bed (160cmx200cm), with walk-in wardrobe and comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet.
1x Guest Cabin with three single beds (80cmx200cm), shower and toilet.

Captain Uwe holds several prestigious certifications, including Captain up to 3000GT, Chief Officer up to 3000GT, OOW Unlimited, and many more. His qualifications reflect his dedication to continuous learning and mastery in all aspects of yacht operations. From basic safety and advanced firefighting to rescue boat operations and open water scuba diving, Uwe is equipped to handle a variety of maritime scenarios with confidence and skill.
Beyond his professional credentials, Captain Uwe is an avid sailor and water sports enthusiast. His love for the ocean extends to his personal hobbies, including sailing, surfing, and engaging in various sports activities. This enthusiasm for adventure and the open sea enhances his ability to provide guests with unique and unforgettable experiences.
Captain Uwe is known for his warm and approachable demeanor, making guests feel welcome and secure from the moment they step aboard. Chef Pablo is a professionally trained culinary expert with 11 years of experience in high-pressure kitchen environments. Known for preparing high quality meals with precision, he skilfully estimates portion sizes, coordinates inventory and maintains strong supplier relationships to source the finest ingredients. His commitment to hygiene, health and safety standards ensures a seamless and compliant operation in every kitchen he manages.
Creative culinary expertise: Combines artistic freedom with technical skill to create exceptional dishes that delight customers.
Operational Efficiency: Implements tight cost controls, organises inventory and optimises food sourcing to drive profitability.
Professional approach:
Chef Pablo views cooking as a powerful form of self-expression and is committed to working tirelessly to build a distinguished career in the culinary world. His innovative approach, coupled with his respect for tradition and local ingredients, ensures that every dish is a unique and memorable experience.
Pablo speaks fluent Spanish and English. He worked as chef in Mexico, Costa Rica, Australia, Uruguay, San Francisco USA, Barcelona Spain and Mallorca. He also learned asian techniques in Bali, Indonesia.
DECKHAND: Anri Lekić
Anri is a dedicated maritime professional with a strong track record of proactive problem solving in dynamic environments. With extensive experience in watchkeeping, safety procedures and yacht operations, Anri consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism and safety .
Having started his yachting career at the age of 18, Anri has honed his skills through various roles including skippering motor tenders, contributing to search and rescue operations and working as a rescue diver. His discipline, positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure make him an invaluable team player any yacht.
Anri's passion for the sea is matched by his interest in sport and free diving, while his free time is spent enjoying life on the farm with friends, family and animals. Known for his honesty, patience, confidence and approachable nature, Anri brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep love of adventure.
With a solid foundation in safety, operations and teamwork, Anri is eager to contribute to the success of any yacht crew, ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive environment for all.
STEWARDESS Mia Van Aswegen:
Mia is passionate, hardworking and able to work efficiently under pressure. She works well with guests and crew members, and she is very patient. She has learnt how to deal with stress, long hours and somewhat difficult people, gracefully and always professionally.
Her strengths include compassion, hardworking, beeing well organised and punctual.
Mia has worked already on Motoryachts, beeing stewardess and cook. She has a very good eye for table setting and decorations, and will make sure the guests feel like being home from the minute they go on board.
Mia holds a Jetski license and also a Powerboat license.
Mia is working on SHADES OF GREY since the launch of the yacht, she was a great part of the successful season in the Mediterranean Summer.
STEWARDESS: Samantha Kothe
Sam is a cheerful and highly motivated stewardess. she started her career at Deutsche Sparkasse, where she worked as a bank consultant and team leader. she then worked as an area manager for a private insurance company. In 2020 she moved to Sardinia, where she started her own business in the field of holiday accommodation and the organisation of excursions and tours.
It was during this time that she discovered her deep love of working at sea and began to work as a deckhand, stewardess and chef.
Her friendly and professional manner makes her a real asset to our crew. With an eye for detail and a feeling for giving the VIP guests on board something special, she is much appreciated by everyone.
She loves sailing, boating, meeting friends, eating out and gymnastics. She holds both an Italian and a German boat licence.
She speaks English, German and Italian.
