Yacht Description

Oculus yacht is a 128.00 ft long motor yacht monohull and spends the summer season in Bahamas and winter season in Bahamas. It was built by Oceanfast in 1996. A refit was done in 2020. The yacht layout features 5 cabins and accommodates 10 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 1 queen cabin, 2 double cabins, 1 twin cabin.

The motor yacht features 2x MTU Diesel Engines engines and a generator.

Accommodation

Revolutionary Styling by the famed visionary Jon Bannenberg, “Oculus” offers an incredible balance of perfect interior volume and immense exterior entertaining deck spaces.

Oculus offers a 5 stateroom layout with a On-Deck Master Suite and king size island berth. 3 of the guest staterooms are located on the lower deck consisting of a port double berth, starboard twin berth and a forward starboard stateroom that can convert to twin berths or a double berth. There is an exclusive private upper VIP stateroom located forward of the bridge deck aft. The VIP stateroom gives the guest an entire bridge deck to themselves when desired.

Oculus is an amazing blend of opulence and endless fun on the water.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a yacht like Oculus, the expected APA is not defined for this type of yacht. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
