Captain: Juan Galli
Juan Galli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he fell in love with sailing at 16 years old and has not stopped since. He has explored many parts of the world by boat, cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean as well as having a few Pacific and Atlantic ocean crossings under his belt. Juan loves discovering new places and sharing his love of exploring with the guests.
Like many captains he came to Palma de Mallorca where he met his girlfriend and after a few years working together she has returned to shore whilst he continues on board.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time and travelling with his girlfriend.
Justina Rolandelli
Justina is of Italian and Argentinian descent and was raised in Argentina. She has spent many years working in hospitality across various continents and terrains. Starting in the air as a flight attendant before returning to land in the heights of the French Alps where she honed her cooking skills in many restaurants. She subsequently made the leap to private chef in luxury chalets. Now she is taking the plunge into her third terrain, the sea, telling her story through the dishes she prepares, accumulating knowledge and experience every step of the way.
In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing and skiing which means she’s good at thinking on her feet and adapting to new situations.
Describing herself as creative, curious and adaptable she is very excited to put her skills to the test on board Lady Fiona this summer.

BVI New Year “Yet another amazing time in the BVI!”
This has been yet another amazing, amazing time in the BVI! From the moment we stepped on board it was almost like coming home - as always you are the most kind, loving, funny and overall amazing people ever. We will never forget all the laughs we shared and the memories we made together. Your knowledge of the BVI, the islands, waters, wildlife and secret spots is absolutely amazing. Once again you found the most amazing places where nobody else was to explore and ‘lay claim to’.
Lizzy, once again, you outdid yourself in the galley! I don’t think any of us could pick a favourite meal because, as it was said, they were all ‘next level’.
Mike – you have a knack for always finding the prettiest, most amazing, yet completely deserted spots to explore – from the restaurants to beaches to snorkelling spots to bars and just absolutely everything in between!
There is absolutely no way I can express in words how amazing our time on board lady Fiona with you has been, though if I were to choose, some that get somewhere close are “outstanding” and “unparalleled”.
Thankyou once again for letting us into your hearts and really becoming part of our family during this amazing time. It will definitely be a shock going home and not having places to explore, gourmet meals and most of all not to see you both.

19th-24th November 2021 “Spectacular trip” BVIs
This was a spectacular trip. We saw so many places that the other charters didn’t see and everything was absolutely beautiful. I don’t even have enough words to describe how wonderful Mike and Lizzy were. We came to the boat expecting just a crew and ended up getting family. Our daughters had such an amazing time exploring new water sports, learning different techniques in the kitchen, and just having an overall great time. In a matter of days they went from calling Mike and Lizzy captain and Chef to Uncle and Aunt! Thank you for making our time together so wonderful. We hope to see you again soon. H&P & family

Lizzy & Mike, you made our first family sailing adventure fantastic and special. It is not easy to tailor a trip that is loved by kids, parents and an uncle but you wildly succeeded. The charting selections, food and on shore activities were perfect. We all felt extremely safe. Most of all we enjoyed getting to know and hang out with you both. SF Head Charterer

Once again Mike and Lizzy proved to be second to non providing a fabulous vacation for the family. Adept at planning, sailing, cooking and non-stop adventures, we would not consider another sailing trip without them. And on top of that a really fun couple to hang out with. Its hard to imagine a better sailing trip than the previous sail with Mike and Lizzy, but it has happened. The BVI is my happy place and spending Thanksgiving holiday amongst family and friends is the ultimate in happiness. While the sail itself is extraordinary, it’s all the “extras” that made this trip so magical. Mike and Lizzy go the extra mile for fun and comfort. My boys had a blast on the water, as did us grown us. Thanks so much for another memory making trip. Can’t wait to do it again. SGG Head Charterer
