Reviews
The yacht is amazing and she offers the ultimate getaway for every type of guests.
I was amazed at the volume she has for a 34m yacht.
Her layout is perfect for the guests and the crew to guest ratio is on point.
I would definitely recommend BELUGA with confidence to our clients
A special mention also goes to Tom, who was the dive guy: he was worth every penny for his assistance with everyone in the water/snorkelling, especially the children, for whom he created an ideal first-time snorkelling experience… teaching them facts about the sea, guiding them and generally working hard to make all water experiences fun and unintimidating.
Brittany and Ruby did a fabulous job of keeping the cabins immaculate the second we left them, and they too, were very accomodating to all our needs. The Mexican night, complete with props, sparklers and fun things for the kids, was a highlight, and something the kids really loved.

Her journey into the world of high-end service commenced in 5 and 6-star day spas, where she worked as a therapist which intertwines with her skills as a stewardess.<br /> <br /> As Deck/Stewardess, Indiah is in charge of exterior maintenance, as well as using her coxswain tickets to drive the tender. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in interior duties such as turn downs, host duties and ensuring the impeccable service of food and beverages at the highest standards.<br /> <br /> When she’s not on deck she’s in nature learning about her surroundings and finding fun facts and information about her pristine surroundings that she can share with guests on board to further enhance their experience.<br /> <br /> <br /> ";s:14:"yachtCrewPhoto";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew1Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew2Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew3Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew4Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew5Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew6Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew7Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew8Pic";s:0:"";s:13:"yachtCrew9Pic";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew10Pic";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew1Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew2Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew3Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew4Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew5Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew6Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew7Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew8Name";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtCrew9Name";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew10Name";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew1Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew2Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew3Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew4Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew5Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew6Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew7Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew8Title";s:0:"";s:15:"yachtCrew9Title";s:0:"";s:16:"yachtCrew10Title";s:0:"";s:9:"yachtFlag";s:14:"Cayman Islands";s:13:"yachtHomePort";s:23:"Port Douglas, Australia";s:14:"yachtWBasePort";s:23:"Port Douglas, Australia";s:8:"yachtRig";s:0:"";s:14:"yachtGrossTons";s:0:"";s:12:"yachtAcNight";s:3:"Yes";s:16:"yachtAcSurCharge";s:0:"";s:9:"yachtTubs";s:1:"0";s:20:"yachtLocationDetails";s:1205:"2023 Based in Port Douglas, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, and Earth's most precious organism. 55 minutes drive from Cairns International Airport (via a stunning Heritage-listed road). For anyone contemplating a special vacation, I can unreservedly recommend it.<br /> And did we catch some fish? Heaps of them, red emperor, coral trout, mackerel, many of which ended up on the table the same evening. Special mention must be made of the chef, Danielle. What she produced out of her kitchen was beyond belief, from freshly baked cookies all the way through to whole freshly caught Coral Trout marinated in ginger, chilli, soy and steamed in banana leaves. OMG! My wife and I have eaten in some superb Michelin star restaurants around the world but I can honestly say Danielle’s seafood is way up there with the best of them."<br /> <br /> December 2018, 5 day charter, Great Barrier Reef:<br /> "The trip was overall very pleasant and crew excellent - as reflected in the rather generous tip. Very professional diving instructor. I think a chaseboat like Minke or Zulu is key and especially essential, to make a comfortable transit to diving spots.<br /> For a mere 35m, I think the gross tonnage of the boat was huge with 3 decks. The master cabin is spacious.<br /> Food was exceptional. Chef Danielle is very good. Rooms were kept in great condition. The chief stewardess Megan was great."<br /> <br /> May 2018, 10 day charter in the Solomon Islands:<br /> "The crew is perfect. Yes, the chef does beautiful meals. The yacht is one of the best I have booked.’"<br /> <br /> October 2017, multi-generational American family:<br /> "To be perfectly honest I don’t think there was a single thing wrong in any way.<br /> The boat and the staff were all terrific!<br /> I think we are planning to do it all again to come and catch Marlins... so we would definitely want the boat again, which must speak volumes."<br /> <br /> October 2017, American family:<br /> “Captain Bob and his crew did a great job and the boat and equipment were top notch. The Chef was over the top I think maybe better than our previous charter which I thought would be hard to beat.<br /> The crew were so helpful and supportive of the kids when they wanted to snorkel and use the sea bob, Jake one of the crew on the fishing boat was awesome with my grandson.<br /> Every crew member was professional and kind and they did their jobs to perfection.<br /> Thank you for making this selection it fit the bill perfectly.”<br /> <br /> July 2016, American clients:<br /> "Mr C and I corresponded yesterday. They were very pleased with the boat, crew and trip. The client loved the atmosphere on board! Thanks for the great effort and I have already put your forth for recommendation for some of our other clients."<br /> <br /> January 2017, Spanish family:<br /> "I know the family enjoyed the charter a lot ! they had great time. The clients extended their charter by 24hours because they did not want to leave Bob and BELUGA! Thank you so much to all the team on board. We are already working on the family's dates for 2017."<br /> ____________<br /> <br /> VIDEOS (BF)<br /> Watch the amazing video of BELUGA on the Great Barrier Reef: https://youtu.be/Z3LVZGocRT0<br /> Watch the interview of Captain Bob and their adventures: https://youtu.be/AHNQ8tDhFDE<br /> ____________<br /> <br /> BELUGA is an explorer-style motor yacht, custom-built by Moonen in 2006 and last refitted 2011. We cannot say enough. Captain Matt and everyone on the crew could not have been nicer and taken better care of us. They were outstanding! Chef Matt was excellent too. He was very accommodating in both time and food for all my kids – who have very diverse diets. Captain Matt and Marlin even took my kids fishing at 10:30 one night after they were up until 4:00 am moving us to a new location the night before. We cannot compliment everyone on the crew enough.</div><div class='clr'></div> </div> <div class='bs-example'> <div class="yacht_rev"> Lizard Island & Far North Queensland</div><div class='clr'></div><div style='text-align:left;'>Thank you for organising the viewing on board Beluga this morning. If you could please extend my gratitude to Peter, it would be much appreciated.<br /> The yacht is amazing and she offers the ultimate getaway for every type of guests.<br /> I was amazed at the volume she has for a 34m yacht. <br /> Her layout is perfect for the guests and the crew to guest ratio is on point.<br /> I would definitely recommend BELUGA with confidence to our clients</div><div class='clr'></div> </div> <div class='bs-example'> <div class="yacht_rev"> Lizard Island in Far North Queensland</div><div class='clr'></div><div style='text-align:left;'>The crew were all great (including the boys on the chase boat), and particular mention should go to the chef, Sammy, who worked with our dual-family needs and last-minute adjustments. <br /> A special mention also goes to Tom, who was the dive guy: he was worth every penny for his assistance with everyone in the water/snorkelling, especially the children, for whom he created an ideal first-time snorkelling experience… teaching them facts about the sea, guiding them and generally working hard to make all water experiences fun and unintimidating. <br /> Brittany and Ruby did a fabulous job of keeping the cabins immaculate the second we left them, and they too, were very accomodating to all our needs. The Mexican night, complete with props, sparklers and fun things for the kids, was a highlight, and something the kids really loved.</div><div class='clr'></div> </div>
