Captain Sean Phillips, born in Miami Beach, FL, was raised throughout the Caribbean, making his first ocean crossing to the Bahamas as an infant. Growing up immersed in the boating industry, he spent his early years fishing, diving, and working on family boats, learning essential skills from his hands-on father. Starting his career in high-end sportfishing, Sean gained invaluable experience navigating diverse oceans and fast-paced tournaments. Licensed for 17 years, he’s completed 12 years of successful charters. Passionate about the ocean, Sean’s enthusiasm drives his crew to seek adventure in every new destination.
CHIEF STEWARDESS
Alexandra Benitez. Born in vibrant Miami and raised in the Florida Keys and Bahamas, Alexandra has always felt at home on the water. With extensive hospitality experience, she transitioned smoothly into yachting, working with vessels ranging from Midnigxht Express speedboats to the San Lorenzo Another One. Her impeccable attention to detail and dedication to client and crew satisfaction ensure smooth operations onboard. Passionate and elegant, Alexandra brings vast knowledge and charm to every journey, making each guest’s experience truly unforgettable.
FIRST OFFICER
Christopher Barnett, a Bahamian native, grew up with a deep connection to the ocean, spending his youth boating and fishing. This passion led him to a career in the maritime industry, and for the past three years, he has worked aboard luxury yachts in Miami. With his extensive boating knowledge and strong work ethic, Christopher brings the essence of laid-back island life along with his professional experience to South Florida’s dynamic yachting scene. His skills in maintenance and navigation make him an invaluable asset to any vessel.
STEWARDESS
Mary Claire O'Leary grew up north of Chicago in Libertyville, Illinois. She attended Kent State University and studied Hospitality Management. After working at bars, restaurants, and hotels, she then transitioned into yachting to enhance her hospitality skills. Her boat travels have included Alaska to Mexico, and now the Bahamas. Mary enjoys cliff jumping, hiking, snowboarding, and traveling. One of her favorite vacations include the Camino de Santiago. She loves Harry Potter, Red Rising, and Lord of the Rings. Her go to karaoke song is Sweet Child O' Mine.
CHEF
David Barrazarte’s culinary journey began in a Spanish restaurant in Caracas, Venezuela, where his fascination with the chef's creations sparked his passion for food. Embracing the art of cooking, he honed his skills under experienced mentors, developing a style that takes diners on a unique sensory journey. Now based in Miami, David enjoys traveling and exploring flavors from around the world, while his free time is spent customizing vintage motorcycles. As a top chef, he brings expertise and distinctive flavors to every new destination.
