Having worked on vessels up to 80 feet, including luxury catamarans like the Sunreef 80 and Fountaine Pajot Saba 50, the captain has vast experience in charter cruises, yacht deliveries, and guest services across stunning destinations including Croatia, Greece, the Canary Islands, and the Caribbean.

Originally from the Czech Republic, she moved to Mallorca as a child and has embraced the island’s Mediterranean lifestyle and cuisine as her own—something that shines through in every dish she creates.

Barbara’s passion for food and travel found a perfect match in the world of luxury yacht charters. With over five years of yachting experience, including two Atlantic crossings, she has cooked for both private owners and charter guests on prestigious yachts such as M/Y STARSHIP and M/Y Honey Badger. From fresh Mediterranean specialties to vibrant Asian fusion and healthy meals tailored to dietary needs, Barbara’s menus are always inspired, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Her calm nature and cheerful personality create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board, where guests feel genuinely cared for. Beyond her culinary expertise, Barbara’s background in event catering and yacht stewarding makes her a true asset—meticulous, adaptable, and always attentive to detail. With a vibrant mix of professionalism, creativity, and drive, Aleksandra brings energy and elegance to every yacht she steps on. Originally trained as a physiotherapist, she combines impeccable manners with a passion for hospitality and guest wellbeing — offering a refined yet friendly presence on board.

Sailing has been part of her life since childhood, and for the past three years, she has turned that passion into a career. Her physiotherapy background adds an extra layer of care, and her massage skills are a welcome bonus for guests seeking relaxation.

Aleksandra thrives in dynamic environments, excels under pressure, and has a natural ability to organize complex events — from themed dinners to seamless charter experiences. Her cooking, service skills, and warm personality make her an asset to any crew.
