CHIP yacht is a 84.00 ft long motor yacht monohull and spends the summer season in Bahamas, USA - Florida East Coast and winter season in Bahamas, USA - Florida East Coast. It was built by Lazzara in 2007. A refit was done in 2017. The yacht layout features 3 cabins and accommodates 6 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 2 queen cabins.
The motor yacht features Twin Catepillar C-32 1650 Hp 2 Kohler 27Kw Generators engines and a generator.
Accommodation
Chip is a beautiful 2007 Lazzara 84 flybridge motor yacht. Her 5 Stateroom layout with crew accommodations for two, offers very generous interior volume. The FWD accommodation set up has two staterooms with separate private heads. The stairwell midship leads down to the owners suite as well as the two VIP suites. The owners full beam suite has a spacious head and with beautiful stone shower. Large panoramic windows invite natural light into the owners suite making for breath taking views while underway. Both midship guest suites have their own dedicated private heads and full size inner spring mattresses. Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a yacht like CHIP, the expected APA is not defined for this type of yacht. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
