ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: Yacht offers a 3pm arrival and departure option. From Nassau especially, the later start works well for a short sail from the marina to a close island for a following morning start on the longer sail. On return, a later departure enables the crew to have a more leisure morning with the guests before departing on the return sail from the Exumas to Nassau. The yacht will provide lunch on the day of departure if they opt to leave at 3pm. They offer standard noon-noon arrival/departure time if preferred.

Captain Dan Szymczak
Captain Dan Szymczak has been enamored of the sea since his grandfather, a fisherman and clammer, first showed him a chart of Long Island Sound. Dan spent his youth in southern Connecticut on both fresh and saltwater kayaking, sailing, and fishing. His love of water sports, craft cocktails, and trivia will help make your vacation unparalleled.
While teaching English literature and public speaking at several colleges in New York City, Dan couldn’t help but feel the desire to be on the water, and this led to his career in yachting, working on a schooner in Manhattan. He then transitioned into eco-tourism, where he wowed guests by driving them to see cracking glaciers and breeching whales in Southeast Alaska and mega pods with thousands of dolphins in the Baja peninsula. He’s also an accomplished expedition leader, leading hikes to spot local wildlife, and he has extensive knowledge of both birds and sea life alike.

As a devoted private chef, my culinary journey is fueled by a fervent passion for concocting bespoke creations that cater meticulously to the unique palates of both guests and crew. My craft is defined by an unwavering commitment to excellence and versatility, allowing me to seamlessly blend flavors and traditions from every corner of the globe into each dish I prepare. This global culinary agility ensures that no matter where our travels take us, the essence of the local terroir is thoughtfully woven into the dining experience.
My expertise, while broad and inclusive, holds a special place for the art of vegan and plant-based cuisine. I revel in the challenge and creativity that these dietary preferences inspire, transforming the bounty of the earth into sumptuous meals that delight and nourish. Each menu I design is a testament to my dedication to health, sustainability, and gastronomy, offering a symphony of tastes that elevate plant-based dining to luxurious heights. What an incredible experience! Thank you endlessly to both Captain Dan + Chef Sierra for making our trip so enjoyable and relaxing. We faced fears, swam with eagle rays, searched for (alleged) sunken planes, and laughed until tears were streaming down our cheeks.
How lucky we are to have been able to create these precious moments with both our family and our wonderful crew. We will forever be asking one another, "how deep is it?" and will surely be enjoying the mouth-watering recipes that chef kindly left with us for many meals to come.
It's hard to believe we are already en route back to Nassau, then faster home to Nashville, but the vibrantly sheer beauty of this place will be long-stored into each of our minds.

Our first time to the Bahamas and the experience was excellent. The Captain’s local knowledge was outstanding and added to the whole week which made it so special. We snorkeled, swam with Turtles and Sharks. I have never seen waters so blue.
Our chef was absolutely magnificent and the food was exceptional and he catered to all our needs.
I can strongly recommend this charter for a fun filled,gastronomical, unique trip.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience. From sunbathing on deserted beaches, to snorkeling over sunken planes, to swimming with sharks, to fine dining at sunset, this was a holiday to remember forever. The captain and host were simply amazing. The food was exquisite, and my youngest's allergies carefully catered for. My boys even got to help sail the boat! Perfect in every way. We all wish we were still there, sailing the Exumas!

This was my 2nd trip to the Exumas and without a doubt was truly a 2nd experience of a lifetime. Never before have i seen such natural beauty, a true paradise on earth that you never want to leave. From the outset having lunch at Pink Octopus in Palm Cay you are already mesmerised by the setting and the natural beauty, and each day gets better with lots of hidden gems to experience from Staniel Cay Yacht Club, Sandy Cay, snorkeling on Escobar’s plane, the Aquarium, mangroves and turtles, Iguanas feeding, snorkeling on Lobster Cay, swimming with nurse sharks, James bond grotto snorkel and many many more breathtaking sites and activities and not forgetting all the fun gadgets on board from the jet surfboard to my absolute favourite the seabob.
Thank you Dream Beauty for all the memories you helped me create during this trip of a life-time, they will stay with me forever in my heart. Until we meet again for a 3rd time Ciao ❤️

I’ve been to the Bahamas before but going on Dream Beauty was totally different experience. Exactly what I always pictured it would be like to explore on your own boat! We explored so many beautiful beaches and reefs where we were the only people for miles. It was simultaneously relaxing, adventurous, laid back, and luxurious. A perfect trip! The crew was amazing!!)

Just had an amazing week in the Exumas sailing out of Palm Cay. From welcome dinner and drinks at the Pink Ocotopus on the first night to being looked after 24/7 by our fabulous chef and skipper, exploring the many islands and beaches across the Exumas. It was simply stunning from day one and throughout and of an extremely high standard. Staniel Cay Yacht Club, Sandy Cay, snorkeling on Escobar’s plane, the Aquarium, mangroves and turtles, and even swimming pigs. Can’t recommend Dream Beauty and the team enough. Turquoise seas and stunning sunsets - a trip of a life-time!

Unbelievable time with a great captain and chef! I highly recommend!!
Best Trip Ever!
Best trip ever! The boat was perfect and the crew was the best! The Captain Stephane was flexible to change plans in the weather and changed plans as needed to find calm waters. Jeramy's cooked us first class restaurant meals and we were so spoiled! This trip was even better than expected!
