Relocation fee of $1,500 round trip or $750 one way and a minimum of 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.
● GEORGETOWN RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,500 round trip or $1250 one way and a minimum of 96 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.

● MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5

● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6-night charters, divide the weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide the weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at the client's expense. Includes boarding after 4 pm, welcome cocktail, breakfast the next morning, and early start.
● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches, & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at the client's expense.
● CHILDREN DISCOUNT:
$100 discount per child.
● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
● TURN AROUNDS: 24-hour turn arounds available for $400 per charter, otherwise 48-hour turns are standard
● HOLIDAY RATES:
2024 CHRISTMAS: 7-night minimum $23,500 for 2-10 guests, must finish by December 26th.
2024 NEW YEARS: Flat rate of $28,500 for 2-10 guests and a 7-night minimum. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

Captain Andrew:
When you think energy, fun, activities and service with a smile — Captain Andrew is your guy. On the ocean Andrew worked in South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Croatia, Bahamas, USA and the Caribbean - where he has a passion for all things water, practicing free-diving, spear fishing and surfing. His skills go beyond just being a Captain, as an ex-semi-professional snowboarder, circus performer, and with qualifications as a sailing, ski, snowboard, wakeboard and surf instructor —your trip will sure be exciting, and packed full of learning and adventure. If waves and action isn’t your forte, and you looking forward to a relaxed, stressed free vacation, Andrew has your back — having worked in hospitality in Japan, Cape Town and Lesotho, (can speak some Japanese), he is well versed in the meaning of guest experience, and will make sure all your needs are more than satisfied. Relaxing is a great and all, but hey if you are looking for a bit of a party, Andrew trained by his cousin who came second in cocktail making in London can whip you up an incredible “Captains Cocktail,” his favourite is a Margarita with a twist. Family and kids are the most important thing on holidays, Andrew worked as an au pair for 3 years while studying, he is super good with kids, always making sure they are having fun and are safe. As you can see theres very little Andrew cannot do, some may say that he can’t dance, but he likes to differ. Join him on your ultimate Yacht Vacation while Julia cooks you up meals that you will never forget.
Chef Julia:
Coming across the seas from the inner city of Sydney, Australia – I grew up baking alongside my mother and grandmother learning the home classics and passed down family recipes. After a challenging few years working as paediatric nurse during the global pandemic, I took the opportunity of the world opening back up to explore the world, tasting culinary delights in many parts of Asia and Europe before landing myself in Croatia as a Chef onboard flotilla charter yachts this past European summer. This experience ignited a flame for me to chase my dream of working as a chef on the water full-time.
I come from a strong hospitality background working in several established venues in Sydney both behind the bar and front of house. I have completed a number of short culinary courses with Le Cordon Bleu and the Australian Patisserie Academy and am so passionate about delivering delicious food and a unique hospitality experience.
Outside of cooking up a storm, there is nothing more relaxing to me than perching in the sun with a good book or finding new walks along the coastlines around the world. Coming from a large family, bringing people together around a table to enjoy a meal and share stories is one of life’s greatest moments in my eyes and I cannot wait to welcome you onboard and share this with you all.
I am very excited to be joining captain Andrew onboard Buena Vida for my first season in The Bahamas.
