Description: Raised just outside Southampton on the South Coast of England, Captain Glen developed a deep love for the ocean and yachting from an early age. Trained as an electrician, he entered the yachting world 27 years ago, starting as a Deckhand/2nd Engineer in Turkey. His passion and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks.

Glen’s career took him across the Bahamas and Caribbean, where he served as Mate/Engineer on sportfishing yachts before rising to Chief Engineer on mega yachts navigating the same tropical waters. With a wealth of technical and navigational experience, he went on to earn his 200-ton MCA-approved Captain’s License, and has since captained both charter and private yachts throughout the region.

Glen is known for his calm leadership, extensive knowledge of the islands, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Outside of yachting, he is a motorcycle enthusiast, a passionate sport fisherman, and a dedicated snorkeler, always eager to share his love for the sea with guests.

Description: Born in Alabama into a military family, Ben has traveled extensively from a young age, developing a deep appreciation for adventure, discipline, and diverse cultures. His journey into the maritime world began early, when he discovered a passion for sailing. Driven by enthusiasm and determination, he convinced his local sailing center to take him on as their youngest dockhand, working in exchange for experience and lessons on the water.

After high school, Ben pursued another of his interests—Airsoft—turning it into a full-time role where he quickly rose to become a senior team member, leading training and officiating matches. But the sea called once again, and his combined love for the outdoors, teamwork, and aquatic adventure led him to explore a career in yachting.

Recognized for his dedication and skill during his training, Ben was quickly invited to join TRUE NORTH as a permanent crew member. With a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, he brings energy and reliability to every charter experience.

When not on deck, Ben enjoys rock climbing, water sports, fitness, strategy games, and reading—always seeking new challenges and ways to grow.

Description: Raised in Georgia, Josh spent much of his youth vacationing along the Florida coast, where his love for the ocean began early. By the age of 11, he was already a certified SCUBA diver, setting the stage for a lifelong connection to the sea.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Josh followed his passion to the Cayman Islands, where he began his professional journey as a SCUBA Instructor in 2014. He quickly advanced, earning his 100-ton Captain’s License and 200-ton Mate License, and went on to captain dive boats and luxury day charter catamarans, creating unforgettable adventures for guests in some of the Caribbean’s most beautiful waters.

In 2023, Josh moved to South Florida to transition into the world of larger yachts, bringing with him a deep knowledge of marine life, water-based excursions, and exceptional guest service. Aboard TRUE NORTH, he’s passionate about curating immersive, ocean-based experiences—whether it's guiding a dive, organizing water sports, or ensuring smooth sailing throughout your charter.

Outside of his maritime career, Josh enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family.
