Captain Mislav possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the maritime industry, having served aboard both commercial and fishing vessels in roles ranging from deckhand to captain. Subsequently, he transitioned into the instructor role, imparting essential skills to aspiring skippers, ensuring their proficiency before assuming command. Over the past decade, he has excelled as a M/Y captain in Croatia, entrusted with the responsibility of curating exceptional experiences and unforgettable memories for guests at every destination visited. Fluent in both English and Croatian, he effectively communicates with diverse crews and guests alike.

CHEF - NIKOLA KRCATOVIĆ

Introducing our accomplished chef, whose culinary journey spans from the shores of Omiš to the enchanting Pakleni Islands. He has honed his skills in prestigious establishments, including the acclaimed Laganini restaurant mentored by Croatia's top chef, Hrvoje Zirojević. Under his guidance, the restaurant earned the title of the best in Croatia in 2018. Having also served on luxury yachts, our chef brings a wealth of experience and creativity to our kitchen. Prepare to indulge in an unforgettable culinary adventure curated by his expert hands.
In his leisure hours, Chef Nikola enjoys swimming, playing water polo, going on extended walks, and cycling.

CHIEF STEWARDESS - IVANA LOLIĆ

With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Tourism and over three years of dedicated service in yachting from the Mediterranean to the Bahamas, our chief stewardess brings a wealth of experience to our crew. She had a chance to polish her skills on various vessels, culminating in her role as chief stewardess onboard a private 44-meter yacht with 12 crew, before joining Maxita. Ivana is a motivated professional committed to teamwork. She thrives on challenges and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance her skills, ensuring impeccable service for our clients. * Rožata is a traditional medieval dessert halfway between creme brulee and flan. It is widespread around the Adriatic Sea and comes from the city of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Its main ingredients are large quantities of eggs, sugar, and milk. It is slowly baked in a bain-marie. Then, it is topped with caramel sauce before being served. Sometimes, it is also accompanied by fruits.
